This Privacy Policy describes how Tourism Key Largo, operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC, handles information in connection with this website. It applies to this guide and does not replace the policies of independent services you choose to visit. Effective September 11, 2026.

Information you provide

When you send a contact message, we process the name, email address and message you enter so we can respond. When you subscribe to the newsletter, we process your email address and your subscription preference to send occasional travel emails. You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Please do not include sensitive personal information in a message.

Technical information and security

Our hosting and security services may process information such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, timestamps and diagnostic records to deliver the website, detect abuse and maintain reliability. Contact and newsletter forms use security tokens and short-lived rate controls. Administrative authentication uses necessary cookies for authorized site users.

Travel features and booking partners

Tour and accommodation features may retrieve photographs, product information, prices and availability from travel providers. When your browser requests third-party resources, those providers can receive technical connection information such as your IP address and browser details. Affiliate links may record clicks or pass campaign identifiers so a referral can be attributed. We may receive a commission from a qualifying booking.

Optional assistance and messages

If you choose to use an on-site travel-assistance feature, the information you type may be processed by the service providing that feature and retained for operational purposes. Do not submit payment details, identity documents or sensitive personal information. A helper response is not a booking confirmation; verify important details directly with the relevant provider.

Email services

We use Brevo to process newsletter subscriptions and deliver contact messages and email communications. These services process information on our behalf under their applicable arrangements. We do not require a name to join the newsletter. Sending a contact message does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Cookies, storage and your choices

Necessary functions and provider features may use cookies or browser storage to maintain a session, remember dismissed panels or support a feature you request.
